Chris & Lynn Schram - Owners
Chris and Lynn Schram have been building or helping people build houses part time since 2006. They have built or helped friends and family build houses in multiple states through a variety of building options. Chris & Lynn have been married for 11+ years. When not working you will find them vacationing in various environments and spending time with their 3-year-old daughter Olivea.
Chris, a Wisconsin native, has spent most of his career in Project Management managing large teams for private and public companies all over the U.S. Chris holds degrees in Business and Project Management of Information Systems. Non-profit work is a personal passion for Chris stepping down as President of a local non-profit to take on this new challenge. Even with opening the UBuildit Franchise Chris remains on the Sheboygan County United Way Board of Directors and one of the founding members of the United Way of Washington County Emerging Leaders group that focuses on youth career development.
Lynn has spent most of her career working for large Wisconsin based companies in Supply Chain focusing on Warehousing and Transportation. Lynn holds multiple business-related degrees. When not working you will find Lynn volunteering at local WI non-profits, spending every second possible with her daughter Olivea and has taken on a side hobby designing your future forever home.
Olivea may only be three years old in 2021 but she has already experienced a recent home build. Olivea loves her home building tool set, blue princesses, and Mac & Cheese. If you watch closely within our office and website you will see Olivea’s candid photo bombs of cuteness growing up before your eyes as our project count continues to rise.
Kyle Ebbers - Construction
Upon HS graduation Kyle enlisted into the United States Marine Corps, where he served proudly in the Infantry. Kyle brings 8+ years of building experience, a life-long construction family and countless industry resources to the UBuildit Lakeshore team. He has spent the majority of his career in supply & installation. Kyle is a Wisconsin native and a highly reputable individual who prides himself on his ability to get the job done. Outside of the office, you may find Kyle cheering on his favorite Wisconsin sports teams, reading one of his many favorite books, or spending time outdoors.
Stephanie Lombardo - Client Experience
Brings 20 years of customer service and sales experience in various roles and environments. She was born and raised in Sheboygan. Stephanie attended Lakeshore Technical College for an Administrative Professional degree. She is an avid reader and is always looking for ways to expand her knowledge. Stephanie will be the main point of contact for all administrative and client specific needs throughout the project.
